He's the "White" African of the group. Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Specialty Instructor (Night Diving, Deep Sea Diving, Enriched Air Nitrox, Wreckage, Underwater photography, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Scooter diving, Project Aware, etc.) CPR and First Aid Instructor for adults and children. Bilingual (French and English).
Born in Africa to the Disco era where he spent over 40 years, he will bring you to the best sites around Dakar where he has been diving for over 5 years. His passion for under-water Photography and Filming makes him the ultimate diving "geek" who will always have great advice for your underwater photos.
JUJU
She is our diver “nanny” (the children will confirm it…)

Julie Bernier is above all a biologist and has been diving for more than 30 years, first as a naturalist in the parks, then as a scientist on research missions, and now she shares and makes known this passion. She has been diving in Senegal for 6 years and knows perfectly the sites where she will make you discover the marine fauna and flora.
And our precious helpers ...
The rest of the team is composed of Ousmane, our skipper all there is to know about the Senegalese ocean and of a man on board, Moussa. Jean-Michel will be at the store to help you with the preparation for and return from your dive.
Infrastructures and Equipment
Our spaces are located at the place de l’embarcadère de N’Gor (right in front of the hôtel de la Madrague). You will be welcomed in a friendly and functional environment. A large changing room with two cabins to change in and room for your belongings will allow you to prepare yourself comfortably and be briefed on the diving.
Audio-visual material has been prepared for training, information and for you to enjoy videos of underwater discoveries. Upon returning from the dive, you will have access to two rinse basins and two warm showers attached to the changing room. Finally you can relax in our green space in the shade under our big mango tree “à palabres”
The Barracuda Dive Club is equipped with new material from its “partner centre” AQUALUNG.
We have 50 steel bottles at our disposal (6L, 10L, 12L, 15L), both single and double exit as well as top of the line, adapted equipment.
You will find suits of all sizes (children’s and XS to 2XL) et for all seasons (3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm).
New vests are available to you in a wide variety of sizes. New CALYPSO regulators will make your equipment complete.
Last but not least, regulators, computers and cameras are available on location.
Our BAUER compressor is uniquely designed for warmth and comfort. Fitted to fill bottles quickly and safely and to meet your needs. Upon request, you can also dive in a NITROX mix.
Our 10 meter boat, designed and sketched by Franck for divers’ comfort and safety, is equipped with 2 new 100 CV Yamaha motors and modern equipment for repertoire and safety (GPS/sounder/buoy/First Aid Kit/oxygen therapy kit).
Our philosophy
All of our dives are conducted in optimal security conditions. Divers in training and beginners are always in limited groups and supervised by professional divers.
We encourage divers’ sense of autonomy by letting them swim on their own, provided that their mastery of diving and weather conditions allow it.
We love the ocean, we want to protect you, and every gesture counts. Come take part in our water cleaning program at the N’gor Bay.
